野菜たっぷりでヘルシーなうどんすきを作るための、うどんすき鍋。

うどんを用いたすき焼きを煮込む用途に用いられる「うどんすき鍋」。
優れた熱伝導率で、うどん麺がのび切らないうちにほかの具材に効率よく火を通すことができます。出汁が染み込んだ熱々のうどんと、具材を食卓で楽しめます。うどんすきだけでなく通常のすき焼き鍋としても使えますし、親子丼や牛丼の具を作るなど、アイデア次第で幅広く活用できる調理器具です。

槌目加工で高級感があり、具材が沈みこまないように底が浅く、麺を取り出す際に汁が飛びにくいよう、縁部分が広く水平に設計しております。うどんなどの麺類を器へ移しやすいです。600gの軽量タイプで、扱いやすいです。

＜お手入れ方法／注意事項＞
・はじめてご使用になる時は、中性洗剤でよく洗い、乾燥後ご使用ください。
・食洗機はご利用いただけます。ただし、中性洗剤をご利用ください。アルカリ性洗剤をご利用になられますと、黒っぽく変色したり、白い粉のようなものが出てくることがあります。
・電子レンジ、オーブン、IHはご利用いただけません。
・金属製のへら等の調理器具は使用しないでください。竹や木・プラスチック製などの物をご使用ください。
・本品はアルミ製のため、熱伝導率に優れています。熱いものを入れる際は、「やけど」にご注意ください。

【Udon Sukiyaki Pot 24cm】

A pot designed for making healthy udon sukiyaki packed with vegetables.

This “udon sukiyaki pot” is used for simmering sukiyaki with udon noodles.
Its excellent heat conductivity efficiently cooks other ingredients before the udon noodles become overcooked. Enjoy piping hot udon soaked in broth and the other ingredients right at the table. Beyond udon suki, it doubles as a standard sukiyaki pot and can be used creatively for dishes like oyakodon or gyudon toppings.

Featuring a hammered finish for a premium look, its shallow base prevents ingredients from sinking. The wide, flat rim minimizes splashing when scooping noodles, making transfer to bowls easy. Weighing just 600g, it's lightweight and easy to handle.

・Dishwasher safe. However, use only neutral detergent. Alkaline detergents may cause dark discoloration or a white powdery residue.
・Do not use in microwaves, ovens, or IH cooktops.
・Do not use metal utensils such as spatulas. Use bamboo, wood, plastic, or similar utensils.
・This product is made of aluminum and has excellent heat conductivity. Be careful not to burn yourself when handling hot items.
