鋳物産業が盛んな４００年の歴史がある、富山県高岡市。慶長16年、加賀藩主・前田利長が高岡市金谷町に7人の鋳物師を招き、工場五棟を建てたことが高岡銅器の始まり。そこから派生した高度な鋳造技術と伝統ある加飾技術を工夫して、食品衛生法に適応した耐熱塗料を多重層に積層塗装し、陶器の深みある質感と色調を再現した、安心安全な食器です。アルミの手触りを陶器のザラリとしたものに近づけるため、不良率が上がってしまうこともいとわず、砂型に用いる砂の粗さを通常より細かいものにして鋳造しています。

また、アルミ製なので、軽く、割れません。ご高齢の方が誤って、落としてもケガをする心配もありません。割れずに、塗り直しや修理が可能なため、「別れない」ということで縁起物として記念日やお祝いのギフトとして最適です。

・はじめてご使用になる時は、中性洗剤でよく洗い・乾燥後ご使用ください。
・食洗機はご利用いただけます。ただし、中性洗剤をご利用ください。
　アルカリ性の洗剤をご利用になられますと、黒っぽく変色したり、白い粉のようなものが
　出てくることがあります。
・電子レンジ、オーブンはご利用いただけません。
・金属製のへら等の調理器具は使用しないでください。
　竹や木・プラスチック製などの物をご使用ください。
・本品はアルミ製のため、熱伝導率に優れています。熱いものを入れる際は、「やけど」にご注意ください。

Takaoka City in Toyama Prefecture boasts a 400-year history as a thriving center of the casting industry. The origins of Takaoka copperware date back to 1611, when Maeda Toshinaga, lord of the Kaga domain, invited seven casters to Kanayacho, Takaoka City, and built five factory buildings. Building on the advanced casting techniques and traditional decorative skills derived from this heritage, we apply multiple layers of heat-resistant paint compliant with the Food Sanitation Law. This recreates the deep texture and color tones of ceramic ware, resulting in safe and reliable tableware. To approximate the rough texture of ceramic with aluminum's feel, we cast using sand finer than standard for sand molds, accepting higher defect rates.

Being aluminum, it is lightweight and unbreakable. There is no risk of injury if dropped accidentally, even by the elderly. Since it won't break and can be repainted or repaired, its “unbreakable” nature makes it an auspicious gift ideal for anniversaries and celebrations.

・Dishwasher safe. Use neutral detergent only.
　Alkaline detergents may cause dark discoloration or produce a white powdery residue.
・Do not use in microwaves or ovens.
・Do not use metal utensils such as spatulas.
　Use utensils made of bamboo, wood, plastic, etc.
・This product is made of aluminum and has excellent heat conductivity. Be careful not to burn yourself when handling hot items.
